The Ebonyi State L-PRES PIU now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Construction of Ultramodern Abattoir and Artificial Insemination Centre at Ebonyi State Integrated Livestock Hub Ezzanbgbo in Ohaukwu of Ebonyi State with a completion period of 18 months (1 year and 6 months). NG-EBONYI L-PRES-545354-CW-RFB 2 CONSTRUCTION OF ULTRAMODERN ABATTOIR AND ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION CENTRE. 274,505,564.25 550,012,365.00 13,200,296,760.00 Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing, Revised Edition of February 2026 (“Procurement Regulations”), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the State Project Coordination Office - Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support (L-PRES) Project Ebonyi State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources Block 11 Centenary City Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Nigeria and purchase the Bidding document during office hours 0900 - 1600 at the address given below. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN 100,000.00) only for each package. The method of payment will be by bank draft or direct transfer in favour of the following Acct Name: Ebonyi State L-PRES Project; Bank:Zenith Bank; Acct No. 1229140232.Proof of payment to be presented at the address below. At the bidder's request, the documents could also be sent by courier after paying an additional fee to cover the delivery cost.
