Procurement process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations. Furthermore, upgrading of an existing Livestock Improvement and Breeding centres which involves Construction of Perimeter fence, Security Post, Reception Area, Cafeteria, Public Toilet and Veterinarian Section containing Doctor’s office, Observation Room, Holding Room, Pharmacy and Laboratory. Strict undertaking of Social and Environmental Safeguard measures. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive procurement method using Request for Bids (RFB) document as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers- Procurement in Investment Projects Financing” November, 2020- Fourth Edition “Procurement Regulations”, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. The bidding document in English Language may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of One Hundred Thousand Naira (NGN100,000.00) only.
